The South China Sea Public Opinion Briefing was founded by Research Platform on Public Opinion Monitoring and Communication Management of South China Sea. Hosted by Computer-Mediated Communication Research Center, the platform takes international and domestic public opinion monitoring of South China Sea issues, and national strategic demands and dialogues in the South China Sea as its main academic fields. It brings together cutting-edge experts in the field to form political and communication assessment reports and argumentation for governance strategies through research paths such as information collection, data mining, survey research, intelligence processing, socio-anthropological analysis, media content analysis, case study, evaluation of elites' opinions, and interviews with international scholars.
